Are your products 100% natural with no additives?
Yes. Every product we make is completely free from artificial flavourings, preservatives, chemicals, and synthetic additives. What you see on the ingredient list is all that is in the product. Nothing more.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. All Coco Factory products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use no animal-derived ingredients in any of our food or personal care products.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available across India, subject to your pin code. You can check availability at checkout by entering your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other locations. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. A flat shipping fee applies for orders below ₹499.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of food and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
What is cold pressing and why does it matter?
Cold pressing means extracting oil or processing ingredients without using heat. Heat destroys natural nutrients, vitamins, and flavour compounds. By cold pressing, we preserve everything nature put into the coconut, giving you a purer and more nutritious product.
Can I use your coconut oil for both cooking and skincare?
Absolutely. Our Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is safe and effective for both. Use it as a cooking oil for curries and stir-fries, as a hair mask, or as a daily skin moisturiser. It is pure enough for all three.
