Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India, subject to your pin code.
Where We Ship From and To
All orders are dispatched from our facility in Kochi, Kerala. We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods and festive seasons.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, please allow:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 business days
Delivery estimates may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
We provide tracking on every order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care@thecocofactory.in.
Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If your order is more than 10 business days overdue, email us at care@thecocofactory.in and we will investigate and find a resolution.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives with damaged or tampered packaging, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or an unboxing video at care@thecocofactory.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
