Refund policy

Returns

Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our food and personal care products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions and are subject to verification and approval by Midira Naturals Private Limited.

You may request a return or replacement within 3 calendar days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The packaging is tampered with or has leaked during transit

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided, such as your order confirmation or email invoice
  • Images or an unboxing video may be requested by our team for verification

All return requests are processed at the sole discretion of Midira Naturals Private Limited after internal review.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • The amount will reflect within 7 to 20 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Please note: Opened or used food and personal care products are non-refundable. Shipping charges, if any, are also non-refundable.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch only. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@thecocofactory.in as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Pickup and Shipping

If your return request is approved:

  • Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time
  • Please ensure the product is securely repacked in its original packaging and ready at the time of pickup
  • Once received and verified by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed

Failure to hand over the product in acceptable condition may result in the cancellation of your return request.
