Returns

Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our food and personal care products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions and are subject to verification and approval by Midira Naturals Private Limited.

You may request a return or replacement within 3 calendar days of receiving your order only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The packaging is tampered with or leaked during transit

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and unopened

• It must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation / email invoice) must be provided

• Images or an unboxing video may be requested for verification

All return requests are processed solely at the discretion of Midira Naturals Private Limited after internal verification.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

• The credited amount will reflect within 7–20 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies

Please note:

• Opened or used food/personal care products are non-refundable

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@thecocofactory.in as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Pickup & Shipping

If your return request is approved:

• Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup

• Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready at the time of pickup

Failure to hand over the product in acceptable condition may result in cancellation of the return request.
