Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it's shipped.
Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, regional disruptions, courier delays, etc.).
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹499.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India for eligible pin codes.
- Please ensure exact change is available at the time of delivery where possible.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order here.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.
- If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email after order placement.
Packaging
- All products are securely packed to prevent damage or leakage during transit, especially oils, soaps, and liquid items.
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of significant delays.
